Amazwi, meaning "voices" in Zulu, is currently based in Limpopo, South Africa, where it's working on media development and journalist education projects. The Amazwi Villager is the first print publication in South Africa's Lowveld region, focused on the villages of Acornhoek, Bushbuckridge, and Thulamahashe (formerly part of the apartheid-era Lebowa and Gazankulu homelands).
